Friday to Friday!

Well... this week has been a real topsy turvy curve as far as my mood went... I'd like to believe the Im not moody(Dont think all who know me well will agree).. atleast i dont let people know wht im going thro! But it has been a helluva week for me! Anyway had lots of fun too.. so decided to write it down.

Saturday was great.. Sandhya had come down to write her CAT. Well..Sandhya being Sandhya decided to spend the previous day of her exam, roaming Chennai:-) So, Sreej n me went to Spencers where we were joined byRenu n Sandhya. It was loads of fun. The best part was in Landmark. There was this instant portrait stuff there. There was a small phone booth like enclosure where one should pose to a camera and can have a portrait taken in the form of pencil sketch, charcoal sketch etc.We wanted to have a group portrait taken. The place was too tiny for the four of us to fit in. We tried all angles and position but in vain. But the whole process was fun! The four of us had met a few weeks back @ Cbe.. so we kinda knew each ones updates. So most of our discussion was on Unni ofcourse. Unni mite get married to the infy guy! And Sandhya was describing all the details tht she heard from Unni. Unni had sent the foto of the guy n her. And from her mail she seems to be real happy. Good! She deserves the best:-)

Itz funny to think Im gonna attend Unni's marraige soon... All of us have come a long way from being the six brats in Avila. At times I wonder how we still are such good friends... I mean.. I never thought that we would all be in constant touch after leaving school. But itz great that we are. The six of us are so different but at the same time are so much alike. All of us are extremely ambitious, career-oriented, independent with strong opinions on any issue. But the fact that keeps us together is the respect we have for each other and the space we give each other.

Anyway Saturday went fast with all the shopping and the puking(yeah, i was in a puking spree... tht day:-)) And ofcourse the messages and the missed calls. I dont know if I had to be worried about it, but I found the whole situation funny!

The rest oof the week was happening too. A lot of things were happening @ office. Politics @ its peak! But I guess from this week, the take-aways by observing others was "Only good things happen to good people" and ofcourse the advice given to me by a stranger "Being a girl you should marry a boy not your job" Aah words of Wisdom!!!!;-D I wish I could just meet this person for more such words of gyaan!:-D
